"Classic" may be defined in a number of ways, but generally in the U.S. means a vehicle that is 15 years or older.  A classic sports car need not be an expensive vehicle.  It may simply be an older vehicle that is fun and interesting to drive.  FIAT 124 spiders are still fairly common and easy to restore, are fun to drive and still inexpensive to own.  Resale values are on the rise for this car.
